Planning your own friendship reunion? Today, I have a list of the 10 Best Galentine's Movies To Watch With Your Girls for your annual "Galentines Day" party. As I was researching the meaning of "Galentines Day," I came upon an article that states it's meaning of celebrating your female friends came from the 16th episode of the second season of the American comedy television series Parks and Recreation. In the episode, Amy Poehler's character, Leslie, throws her annual "Galentine's Day" party for her female friends which is celebrated the day before Valentine's Day. I've never watched Parks and Recreation and so I was a little surprised because I thought it was naturally derived from teenage trendy words or in general girls supporting girls. Right so, just like Leslie does, lets prepare our annual "Galentine's Day" Party by having friends over for brunch or a sleep over and watch these movies listed below!

Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants

Four best friends who separate for the first time during summer break and are connected with a pair of pants that magically fits everyone of their body shapes. This is their way to keep in touch while apart sharing adventures and emotions of what they are going through.

Bridesmaids

This is a female-oriented movie about friendship and growing up while trying to keep a long time friendship that has been changing. Competition between the maid of honor and a bridesmaid.

Pitch Perfect

Get your squad. As you appreciate and accept that they are the ones who have your back, always. A cappella group demonstrates just that, to find your place in a new environment and get your singing squad to prepare.

Mamma Mia!

Although this movie is about "heartbreak" and how the daughter brings back the three men from her past it also demonstrates how independent and strong women are, plus the support of female friends. Another great sing-a-long film! But there's also Mamma Mia 2! Which is soooo great, too!

Girls Trip

It's always a good idea to plan a trip with your girls. This film shows how a group of friends, described as, "they rekindle their sisterhood and rediscover their wild side by doing enough dancing, drinking, brawling and romancing to make the Big Easy blush."

Mean Girls

"Wait what day is it today?"

Perfect for quoting your favorite lines with this iconic female friendship classic! Although, it is not the best on showing how friends should be treated it is a great movie to make fun of and celebrate this Galentine's Day. In honor of Ariana Grande, cue in "thank u, next" & remember "on Wednesdays we wear pink!"

Life of the Party

This film is about bringing together a mom and daughter. After the mothers divorce she decides to go back to college and pursue her career while her daughter is attending, whether she likes it or not. They are both living their best life. I wish my mom attended college with me, I think that's be so much fun.

The Princess Diaries

If you have not seen this film...where have you been hiding? This film shows the real side of an awkward teenagers transformation and it shows a beautiful bond between a grandmother and granddaughter.

Valentines Day

If you are into very cheesy movies, than this is perfect for you! It is the type of film that connects multiple stories where they experience various of types emotions in a single day.

Clueless

90s classic. Comedy that focuses on two friends who try and make the new student become one of them. Shallow and socially successful. But at the same time show normal teen problems.

Enjoy your "Galentines Day" party...

& Happy Binge Watching!
