Valentine's Day Cookies

Are you preparing a Galentine's Day Party? These make the perfect treat for your BFFs.
Honestly, these are perfect for gift giving, as well.
The recipe for the cookie was the simplest snickerdoodle that is easily made in 10 minutes. As for the icing sugar, I recommend doing it a day before. It takes quite some time to get the right consistency. But you can also prepare in the early morning to have it ready to decorate later in the day.
*Tip: add water to icing mixture until it dissolves back in the mixture for 15 seconds.
